Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company is hiring a fully remote Investment Data Analyst for the Performance Data Solutions Team. The role focuses on performance history data and the delivery of performance and market reference data centered around FactSet.

Responsibilities

• Gather and normalize large volumes of performance history data from legacy systems.
• Partner with IT to build and test a data loader for delivery into FactSet.
• Develop reconciliation processes from source to target data sets to support accuracy and completeness.
• Document processes and business decisions related to historical performance data.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand and document data requirements for a new strategic performance toolkit centered around FactSet.
• Organize requirements into clear delivery paths with input from Data Architecture, Reference Data, and Market Data teams.
• Identify and document items in progress, already delivered, in the backlog, or new, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with data owners and stewards to plan seed data activities and Op Model definitions for new data or workflows.
• Deliver new data attributes in partnership with the Reference Data team and Data Owners.
• Capture performance-dependent interface purpose and support model.
• Document source-to-target mappings between systems.
• Partner with Technology, Business, and 3rd party partners to support delivery.
• Facilitate Operating Model agreement ahead of delivery dates.
• Deliver all data definitions to the firm’s Business Glossary.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 52 to 75 per hour

Estimated min rate: $52.50

Estimated max rate: $75.00
