• Must have proven experience leading complex remediation, transformation, or stabilization programs within investment accounting or financial operations.
• Demonstrated people leadership including oversight of vendor or managed-service teams and performance turnaround initiatives.
• Strong project and program management skills with experience establishing structured governance and reporting processes.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement practical process and control improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.

• Own and lead the OPR clean workstream as program manager with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Assess current-state processes, controls, and deliverables to identify failure points and remediation priorities.
• Direct and coach the EXL team to improve execution quality, throughput, and accountability.
• Establish governance routines, status reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.
• Design and implement process improvements, control enhancements, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across accounting, operations, technology, and reporting teams.
• Track and report progress against milestones, escalating risks and issues with actionable mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and operational control frameworks.
