Precision Medicine Group, LLC. is seeking an Investigator Grant Specialist to develop investigator grant/site budgets during the proposal process and contribute to clinical trial budgets.

The role involves managing budgeting tools, supporting the Proposal Team, and ensuring timely delivery within the defined schedule. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in site budgeting or CRO environments are preferred, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in site budget and/or proposal development, preferably 3–5 years in a CRO environment.
• Strong interpersonal and budgeting skills; ability to work independently and deliver client-ready budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Generate global investigator site budgets in support of proposals, coordinating with vendors and third parties within schedule.
• Assist with coordinating the entire proposal preparation process to meet timelines.
• Develop full project budgets reflecting study design and proposal assumptions; support change orders as needed.
• Communicate with clients to support project delivery of changes and adjustments.
• Maintain departmental records and reporting, including financial analysis of budgeted studies.
