Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Investigator Grant Specialist to develop investigator site budgets during proposal development and revise budgets as needed. You will manage budgeting tools and support the clinical trial budgeting process.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of site budget or proposal development experience in a life sciences setting, preferably CRO. Strong Excel skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in site budget and/or proposal development, preferably in a CRO environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, client-ready budgets.

Responsibilities

• Generate global investigator site budgets for proposals within production timelines.
• Assist with overall proposal preparation and coordination across operational areas.
• Develop full site budgets reflecting study design and proposal assumptions.
• Create and revise change orders for ongoing studies with justification.
