Precision Medicine Group seeks an Investigator Grant Specialist to develop investigator site budgets during proposals and revisions, coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure accurate budgeting. The role supports the Proposal Team in budgeting and process coordination, with a focus on timely deliverables and high-quality operational budgets.

You will contribute to change orders, maintain budgeting records, and collaborate across departments to meet timelines and client needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in site budget/proposal development in life sciences, preferably CRO.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently to deliver high-quality budgets and proposals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to shift priorities.
• Detail-oriented with high quality focus.
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborative team player supporting departmental goals.
• Willingness to travel minimally for company meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Generate global investigator site budgets for the proposal process, coordinating with vendors and third parties.
• Assist with coordination of the overall proposal preparation process to meet timelines.
• Support the Proposal Team with development of full project budgets using an Excel costing tool.
• Participate in strategy meetings and budget discussions.
• Identify key budget components and apply them to investigator site budgets.
• Develop full site budgets reflecting study design and proposal assumptions.
• Contribute to change orders for ongoing studies and budget revisions.
• Communicate with clients to support change orders and required information.
• Maintain departmental records and internal/intercompany financial reporting.
