Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in the United States is seeking an Investigator Grant Specialist to develop investigator site budgets during the proposal process and revisions and to contribute to clinical trial budgeting tools. The role includes coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely deliverables within the proposal production schedule.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years in site budgeting or proposal development in life sciences, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ site budget and/or proposal development experience.
• Experience in CRO environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate global investigator site budgets during proposals within schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties for accurate budgeting.
• Support full project budget development reflecting resourcing needs.
• Participate in strategy meetings and client communications.
• Develop site budgets reflecting study design and proposal assumptions.
• Assist with change orders for ongoing studies with justification.
