Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a high-impact investigator to independently own complex internal investigations into abuse, neglect, and exploitation. You will present findings to senior leadership and collaborate with federal, state, and law enforcement, shaping safety and integrity across the organization.

The role is remote with substantial travel (up to 50–75%) and requires the ability to manage multiple investigations, maintain confidentiality, and deliver clear, actionable reports for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, organizational, or compliance experience.
• Healthcare or I/DD setting experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full case lifecycle from scope to high-stakes interviews with witnesses, victims, and alleged perpetrators.
• Lead multiple investigations in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
• Analyze data and produce pristine compliance reports for leadership.
• Partner with agency executives and collaborate with federal, state, and law enforcement.
