Job summary

AXA XL is seeking an Investigation Manager to lead global internal investigations into potential improprieties, including external parties and employees’ conduct. You will assess severity, plan investigations, gather evidence, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations with formal reports for executive leadership.

The role may involve international travel and a flexible schedule. You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR and other stakeholders, coordinating across a matrixed

Qualifications

• Experience with fraud or financial crime investigations.
• Experience with HR investigations desirable.
• Legal background desirable but not required.
• Ability to lead complex investigations across functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong project management and multitasking.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct global internal investigations into violations of policies, regulation or law.
• Develop and execute investigative plans to assess allegations.
• Coordinate with Compliance, HR, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Lead interviews and gather evidence for findings and recommendations.
• Prepare concise reports and timely updates for leadership and committee members.
• Coach and supervise audit team members assigned to investigations.
