Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a remote, high-impact investigator to independently own and execute complex internal investigations regarding allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation. You will drive strategy, conduct interviews, and present findings to top leadership and General Counsel.

Responsibilities include handling multiple investigations, analyzing data, and producing high-quality compliance reports while collaborating with federal, state, and law enforcement agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelore2s degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Conducting Serious Incident Investigations / Level I certification within 12 months of hire is required.
• Healthcare or I/DD setting experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategy: own the full case lifecycle—from defining scope to high-stakes interviews with witnesses, victims, and alleged perpetrators.
• Manage Fast-Paced Cases: lead multiple investigations simultaneously with precision and high standards.
• Analyze & Report: decode complex data and translate findings into pristine, high-level compliance reports.
• Partner with Leadership: present insights to agency executives and collaborate with federal, state, and law enforcement agencies.
