Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Inventory Specialist to oversee daily operations in a large cannabis cultivation facility in McKeesport, PA. You will work with the Cultivation Operations team, reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, ensuring accurate plant counts and proper updates in the inventory system.

The role requires hands-on involvement with plant movement, data entry in spreadsheets, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in counting plants and inventory.
Able to learn and adapt to new inventory procedures and systems quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
Well organized with good time management to handle multiple facilities.
Must complete inventory system training sessions as needed.

Responsibilities

Count plants within their locations and ensure accuracy in the inventory system.
Move plants and assign them to new rooms as needed.
Utilize spreadsheets and Excel for inventory tracking.
Perform inventory across multiple cultivation facilities.
Track all plants daily to ensure accountability and updates in the system.
Update changes or new status of plants in the inventory system.
Participate in other duties as assigned.
