Trulieve is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Monticello, FL to support cultivation operations. You will oversee day-to-day inventory, count plants, and ensure accurate records across multiple rooms and facilities.

The role requires detail orientation, teamwork, and the ability to use spreadsheets. You will report to the Inventory Supervisor and work in a fast-paced cultivation environment with safety and compliance in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize spreadsheets and Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Perform inventory across multiple facilities.
  • Track all plants daily in warehouses to maintain accuracy.
  • Update system with changes or new status of plants; perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title:Inventory Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The Inventory Specialist role requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. Oversees the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility. Reports and works directly with the Cultivation Manager. Provides support for all cultivation staff, including policies and procedures, schedules, and trainings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to count the plants within their respective locations
  • Ensure that tallied amount is properly reflected in the inventory system
  • Move plants and assign them to the new rooms
  • Utilize spreadsheets and excel
  • Ability to do inventory in multiple facilities
  • Responsible for tracking all plants in the warehouses daily to ensure accuracy
  • Update changes or new status of plants in the systemAll other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Attend inventory system training sessions as needed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
  • Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
  • Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
  • Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
