Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Inventory Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations at a large cannabis cultivation facility in Monticello, FL. You will work closely with the Cultivation Manager, supporting policy adherence, scheduling, and staff trainings while ensuring accurate plant counts and inventory records.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required in counting and tracking plants.
• Strong communication skills for跨-team coordination and reporting.
• Ability to learn and use inventory software and excel for daily records.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities

• Count plants in respective locations and reflect tallies in the inventory system.
• Move plants and reassign to new rooms as needed.
• Update plant status changes in the system; maintain daily stock records.
• Utilize spreadsheets and Excel for inventory tracking.
• Carry out inventory across multiple facilities and support cultivation staff.
