Job summary

The Inventory Specialist role at Trulieve requires a hands-on approach to oversee the day-to-day operations in a large cannabis cultivation facility. You report to the Inventory Supervisor and support cultivation staff, ensuring policies, schedules, and trainings are followed.

Responsibilities include plant counts, updating the inventory system, moving plants between rooms, and maintaining accurate records across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to participate in inventory system training sessions.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Count plants in their locations and reflect totals in the inventory system.
• Move plants and reallocate them to new rooms as needed.
• Use spreadsheets and Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Conduct inventory across multiple facilities and maintain daily accuracy.
• Update plant status and changes promptly in the system.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
