Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to manage and modernize our multi-platform endpoint ecosystem for our HUD contract. This role is fully remote and located within the United States.

You will design, deploy, and maintain zero-touch device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app packaging across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS devices. The ideal candidate has UEM expertise, ABM/Intune integration, and Windows Autopilot experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of system administration experience.
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, with at least 2+ years on Intune.
• Hands-on ABM integration with Intune, VPP app management; JAMF knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell, Win32 packaging, and AD/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Device Lifecycle Management across Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Configure zero-touch onboarding for Windows Autopilot and ABM ADE enrollment.
• Manage macOS MDM payloads and Bash scripts for device configurations.
• Define Windows baseline policies, PowerShell scripts, and remediation workflows.
• Package, test, and deploy apps across Win32, macOS, and iOS.
• Maintain patching schedules and automated software updates for all platforms.
• Implement Conditional Access policies and Defender for Endpoint integrations.
• Manage BitLocker/FileVault encryption standards.
• Configure SSO and Platform SSO for macOS endpoints.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint issues and monitor compliance.
