Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to manage and modernize our multi-platform endpoint ecosystem for a HUD contract. Design, deploy, and maintain zero-touch enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app packaging across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS.

Ideal candidates have hands-on expertise in unified endpoint management, ABM integration, Windows Autopilot, and cloud-first security baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience with 12+ years in system administration.
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management with 2+ years on Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on ABM integration with Intune, VPP app management, and FileVault management.
• Experience with Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell, and Win32 packaging.
• Strong Azure AD, Conditional Access, and RBAC knowledge.
• Experience configuring iOS/iPadOS devices with Supervision and App Protection Policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-platform device lifecycle and zero-touch onboarding across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS.
• Define Windows baseline policies, MDM payloads, and shell scripts for device configuration.
• Package, test, and deploy apps across platforms (Win32, macOS, iOS).
• Maintain patching schedules and automated update workflows for all platforms.
• Implement CA policies, MAM, and defender integration; manage BitLocker and FileVault.
• Provide Tier 3 support and monitor device compliance and security vulnerabilities.
