Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. seeks a Manager, Interoperability Architecture to lead the definition and delivery of Pennant's interoperability platform across clinical, financial, operational, and enterprise systems. You will design APIs, interfaces, and integration patterns while guiding a small, high-performing team.

You will partner with Data Warehousing, Clinical Applications, Security, and Infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable data exchange and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Healthcare Informatics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of healthcare information technology experience.
• 5+ years designing and implementing integration/interoperability solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise architecture for healthcare environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Experience working across business, clinical, operational, and technical teams.
• Experience with HL7 v2.x, FHIR, REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop interoperability engineering teams.
• Define and maintain the enterprise interoperability architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Design APIs, interfaces, and integration patterns for scalable data exchange.
• Ensure security, governance, compliance, and operational reliability of integrations.
• Collaborate with Data Warehousing, Clinical Applications, Enterprise Applications, and IT leadership.
