Job summary

AdvancedMD is a unified cloud suite of medical office software, delivering interfaces between our platform and external systems. We seek an Interface Delivery Analyst to support, optimize, and evolve data interfaces, ensuring reliable and secure data exchange across interoperability technologies.

You will work with APIs, HL7, FHIR, and ADT/SIU, coordinating with customers and internal teams while helping design AI-assisted tools to speed case resolution and improve knowledge access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability concepts including APIs, HL7, EHR integrations, and SQL/ODBC.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across integrated systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, support, and maintain healthcare data interfaces using APIs, FHIR, HL7 (ADT/SIU), ODBC, lab integrations and other technologies.
• Analyze customer and partner use cases to recommend integration approaches.
• Troubleshoot interface issues through message analysis and root-cause identification.
• Manage interface work from intake to resolution coordinating with stakeholders.
• Act as technical contact for customers, vendors, and partners during delivery and support.
