Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking an experienced Manager to drive international tax compliance and consulting for its Private Client group. The role emphasizes UHNW planning, cross-border matters, and mentoring a team in a largely remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA, JD or EA required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including prior supervisory experience.
• Proven expertise in international tax compliance and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of tax preparation, review, compliance, and research.
• Familiarity with tax software and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to develop others.
• Creative and strategic problem-solving with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver international tax compliance and consulting services for High Net Worth individuals.
• Review and prepare foreign information returns and related forms (1116, 1118, 5471, 5472, 8621, 8858, 8865, 8938, 8992).
• Advise on inbound/outbound cross-border matters; manage GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, and FTC planning.
• Perform E&P and PTEP calculations for CFC distribution tracking.
• Execute Section 962 elections and advise on penalty mitigation and voluntary disclosures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to grow technical expertise.
• Build and maintain client relationships; support audits and inquiries.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary projects and tailored client solutions.
