Job summary

Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking a talented Manager to join our national firm. The role focuses on delivering international tax compliance and consulting for Private Client clients, with emphasis on High Net Worth individuals in a collaborative environment.

You will guide clients through complex tax matters, supervise and mentor staff, and work with cross-functional teams to provide tailored planning and solutions. This is a primarily remote role with opportunities for client-facing engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA, JD, or EA required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including prior supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of international tax compliance and consulting.
• Familiarity with tax software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for developing others.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead international tax compliance and consulting for Private Client clients.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
