Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is hiring an Internal Sales Specialist to support our Marketing Regional Vice Presidents in building new client relationships. This fully remote role requires a solid understanding of wealth management and financial planning to effectively assist the sales team.

The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. You will engage leads, coordinate with internal teams, and help drive the end-to-end sales process while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, financial services or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years applicable experience in financial services or related field.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) not required but may be beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of RIA and custodial platforms and investment products.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to train and coach others.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MoneyGuide, and Salesforce.
• Must be in good compliance standing with all rules, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly acknowledge incoming leads with processors for action.
• Process leads in company systems for RVP and Advisor access.
• Confirm initial client meetings and gather case information.
• Coordinate pre-intro communications and scheduling.
• Coordinate post-intro data gathering and plan proposals.
• Assist with post-close onboarding coordination.
• Support the sales team by syncing with leadership and central teams.
