Windward Recruiting seeks a proactive Inside Sales professional for a fast-growing wealth management firm. This fully remote role handles a high volume of warm leads, builds trust quickly with high-net-worth prospects, and turns conversations into meetings with a senior advisor.

You’ll manage inbound inquiries, conduct consultative discovery, and transition qualified opportunities to the regional sales team. Compensation includes a base salary starting at $65,000 with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in inside sales or high-volume sales.
• 2+ years financial services experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads; speed matters.
• Handle high daily call volume using automated dialing.
• Conduct consultative discovery with prospects.
• Explain value proposition to high-net-worth individuals.
• Schedule high-quality meetings with senior advisors.
• Hand off qualified opportunities with clear notes.
• Maintain notes in CRM with next steps.
• Participate in coaching and process improvements.
