You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, manage multiple writing projects, and contribute to major HR and Total Rewards initiatives while upholding University brand standards. A bachelor’s degree and two years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant communications experience.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills; ability to organize information and identify the key message.

Responsabilités

• Write and edit high-quality employee communications across multiple channels and formats.
• Translate complex HR, benefits, and policy information into clear, concise, employee-friendly language.
• Interview and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify key messages and develop communications for diverse audiences.
• Adapt voice and tone for different audiences while upholding University brand and editorial standards.
• Develop communications plans and content to support HR and Total Rewards programs and campaigns.
