Job summary

KeyBank is offering a Summer 2027 Internal Audit Internship fully remote, with potential in-office options near Buffalo, NY or Cleveland, OH. The program runs ~10.5 weeks, including Learning Labs, mentoring, and exposure to multiple audit areas. Interns may be considered for a full-time rotational analyst role upon graduation.

Interns will work on audits across Lending, Deposits, Payments, Compliance, Capital Markets, and more, with guidance from seasoned professionals and leadership.

Qualifications

• Three years completed toward a four-year undergrad with business-related study.
• GPA of at least 3.25 undergraduate.
• Show leadership and teamwork in prior roles or activities.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain insight into all audit phases (planning, fieldwork, reporting).
• Work on audits across KeyBank lines of business.
• Typically 40 hours per week; 8-hour days.
• Attend audit-specific and enterprise Learning Labs.
• Network with interns and senior leadership in Internal Audit.
• Present internship findings to senior leaders at end.
