In a fast-paced environment with a tight release cycle, you will gather inputs for engineers, monitor performance, and generate reports using existing instructions. The role offers remote work options and exposure to AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Basic SQL to write simple queries and pull data.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• English written and spoken at least B1.

Responsibilities

• Assist with performance monitoring and reporting.
• Triaging tickets and investigating metric anomalies.
• Gather input data for engineers (device lists, environments, and metric patterns).
• Follow processes and verify output before review.
