Labcorp invites applications for a Commercial Sales Operations Intern to join the Atlantic Division Commercial Operations Team. The role is primarily remote with a hybrid option for near-office candidates. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.

The 11-week paid internship runs June 1, 2027–August 13, 2027, offering hands-on exposure to Salesforce, data management, dashboards, and sales strategy, with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the Atlantic Division.
• Support inside and external sales activities and gain exposure to commercial sales operations.
• Support data cleanup and data management projects within Salesforce.
• Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.
• Contribute to divisional sales operations by helping streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance CRM utilization.
• Assist with the creation of dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making for Commercial leadership.
• Gain exposure to sales strategy planning, territory alignment, and incentive modeling.
• Support additional sales operations projects and initiatives as needed.
