Labcorp is seeking a Commercial Sales Intern to join the Northeast Division Commercial Sales Team. This remote internship offers in-person sales visits and preferred locations in Boston, NY, or Hartford, with a 40-hour workweek and 11 weeks of hands-on experience in sales analytics and operations.

The program emphasizes real-world projects, leadership exposure, and collaboration across Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to drive data-driven decisions in healthcare diagnostics.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and clearly communicate findings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while participating in in‑person activities as needed.

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the Northeast Division.
• Support development and execution of strategic sales initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.
• Contribute to divisional sales operations by helping streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance CRM usage.
• Assist with the creation of dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making for Commercial leadership.
• Support sales strategy planning and gain exposure to territory alignment and incentive modeling.
• Participate in sales visits with members of the Commercial Sales team to gain hands-on exposure to customer engagement and sales activities.
