Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for moderately complex issues.
• Complete assigned project tasks and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, with input on resolutions.
• Understand moderately complex technologies and learn new ones.
• Follow procedures for maintenance and upgrades; assist with DR plans.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speech to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team and mentor less experienced staff.
