Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager contractor to support intercompany accounting, transfer pricing operations, SAP process stabilization, and business integration.

The role will execute and improve established recurring processes, ensure accurate accounting and timely reconciliations, support month-end close, document and test solutions, and transition new activities into sustainable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five to eight years of accounting/finance experience with intercompany work.
• Experience with transfer pricing and SAP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end intercompany processes including billing, journal entries, AR/AP matching, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Support monthly and quarterly close; investigate variances and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain reconciliations, controls, and documentation across regional teams.
• Execute cost allocations, intercompany charges, royalties, and periodic true-ups.
• Support SAP PaPM processing, validation, reconciliation, and testing; coordinate with IT and finance teams.
• Help centralize processes, streamline controls, and document SOPs.
