The Intercompany Planner supports the efficient movement of inventory across Balchem's global network by coordinating intercompany replenishment activities and executing intercompany transactions. This role monitors inventory levels, creates and manages intercompany purchase orders and sales orders, and works closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Accounting to ensure the timely and accurate flow of materials.
The role plays an important part in maintaining process compliance, resolving transaction issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts that enhance service, inventory visibility, transaction accuracy, and operational efficiency.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in an operations, inventory, customer service, logistics, procurement, or transactional support role may also be considered.
ERP experience preferred, including D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
