Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Program Analyst to help build and maintain enterprise compliance and privacy programs.

You will monitor governance, policy management, third-party risk, and audit readiness while promoting ethical business conduct. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, assisting with privacy incidents, coordinating vendor reviews, and supporting regulatory change management with senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or a related field.
5+ years supporting compliance, privacy, auditing, or governance.
Experience with HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare regulatory concepts.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and maintaining policies and procedures.
Ability to interpret complex regulatory and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform compliance monitoring, auditing, and testing for regulatory and policy adherence.
Document findings, root causes, and corrective action recommendations.
Monitor remediation, support risk assessments, and annual work plans.
Assist with privacy program administration and incident investigations.
Coordinate vendor risk reviews, attestations, and contract obligations.
Track regulatory changes and implement new compliance requirements.
Support policy governance, drafting, review, and maintenance.
Contribute to audits, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
Develop compliance dashboards and leadership reports.
