Job summary

Ursus, Inc. is seeking a Contract Intelligence Analyst to join our Compliance Intelligence Program. This remote, 12-month assignment centers on 314b request processing, SAR supporting documentation, and intelligence referral triage.

You will act as the central intake point for internal and external referrals, log activity, and ensure all steps are tracked to program standards. Strong OSINT capabilities, experience in financial crimes or AML environments, and meticulous documentation are

Qualifications

2+ years in EDD, transaction monitoring, compliance/AML, or intelligence analysis with a financial institution or related entity.
Direct experience with intelligence triage, case intake, or referral processing in a financial crimes or compliance environment.
Experience processing 314b requests and/or fulfilling law enforcement documentation requests.
Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, risks, and typologies.

Responsibilities

Intelligence Triage & Intake: central intake for referrals and triage decisions with documented rationale.
314b Request Processing: track, document, and triage requests; maintain records and reporting.
SAR Documentation Fulfillment: monitor requests and escalate as needed; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Exposure checks and account matching across platforms; route referrals to investigation queues.
Maintain and update intake trackers and assignment logs.
