Job summary

RainFocus, LLC is seeking an Integration Specialist to implement the integration product, leveraging REST APIs and customer APIs. The role involves data transfers with third-party platforms like Zoom, supporting SSO, and collaborating with global teams to deliver timely integrations.

The ideal candidate has experience with enterprise clients, API tooling, and marketing platform integrations. This remote role may require up to 15% travel to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with enterprise clients.
• 2+ years of experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• 3 years in a Professional Services consulting environment.
• Experience with integrations Salesforce and Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with API tools such as Postman, Swagger and SSO.
• Familiarity with Google Chrome development tools.
• Understanding of web analytics and JavaScript.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate with teams.
• Technical ability to understand platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement integration products for RainFocus platforms.
• Lead integration design, building, and testing with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution consultants, and services teams.
• Communicate clearly with peers and clients and manage timelines.
• Provide after-hours support when needed.
• Create design documents, test cases, and unit tests.
• Document integration elements before transitioning to support.
