Job summary

QAD Redzone, the Connected Workforce unit of QAD, is seeking an Integration Product Manager to define and deliver enterprise integrations linking Redzone with ERP/MES/OT/IoT and other enterprise systems.

You will own the integration roadmap, partner with Engineering, Coaching, Solutions and Sales, and drive API workflows, data exchange, and real-time connectivity on the shop floor. This remote, full-time role requires up to 40% travel to customer sites and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with software integrations and API-driven data workflows.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and shop floor workflows.
• Excellent listening to gather requirements and convert to product solutions.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, including technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer integration needs to deliver enterprise products.
• Translate goals into actionable integration product strategy.
• Define goals, metrics, and analytics for integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Redzone and Engineering.
• Own integration roadmap and API enhancements.
• Support testing, rollout, and customer feedback loops.
• Align integration direction with data outcomes and impact.
