Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Integration Architect for Site Vault within the Site Solutions Professional Services team. You’ll design and support integrations, coordinate with customer stakeholders, drive value, and manage escalations to ensure long-term customer success.

This is a remote US-based role with a strong preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone; travel up to 20% may be required. You will lead integration design with vendors, validate data, and support SaaS/CTMS deployments for life

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences or healthcare.
• Experience leading design and deployment of integration solutions.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR).

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping of integrations aligning with customer goals and sales expectations.
• Establish connections with software vendors to enable new integrations.
• Design and implement integrations with new vendors using existing building blocks.
• Understand customer workflows and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Support sites from requirements gathering to post-live support.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
• Experience with data validation, mapping, and testing efforts.
• Work with SaaS/cloud site CTMS or eISF systems.
• Clinical research site experience.
