Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Integration Architect for our Site Solutions Professional Services team to implement integrations for SiteVault. You will be the key point of contact between Veeva and customer stakeholders, designing and supporting integrations while ensuring long-term client success.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, specifically in the Life Sciences sector. This role is remote with a preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation in the life sciences, healthcare, or relevant fields.
• Experience working directly with customers and third-parties.
• Ability to understand requirements and create corresponding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in scoping integrations required by sites.
• Design integrations with vendors that we haven’t worked with before.
• Support sites in implementing critical integrations.
