Job summary

Kearfott Corporation in the United States is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer to lead logistics, sustainment, and life-cycle support for aerospace and defense systems. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to optimize supportability and reduce life-cycle costs.

The role demands 5–10+ years in ILS or defense logistics, strong technical writing, and the ability to work with DoD documentation; occasional remote arrangement is possible,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–10+ years in ILS or defense sustainment.
• Experience with provisioning, logistics data, and maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, safety, and human factors.
• Understanding of DoD logistics standards and acquisition documentation.
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance concepts (O-/I-/Depot-level) and LORA analysis.
• Define support equipment, tools, and procedures.
• Produce provisioning data, IPBs, and logistics product data.
• Support LCSP development and obsolescence mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Ensure compliance with MIL-STDs and program requirements.
