Job summary

BGBx is seeking an Integrated Designer to create high-quality digital experiences in collaboration with Creative and Art Directors. You will own design systems, maintain Figma libraries, and translate wireframes into production-ready designs across digital channels.

You will work with Creative, Strategy, Development, and Production teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficient workflows, while upholding brand standards and accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional design experience in digital, integrated, or visual design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Figma; including components, libraries, auto layout, prototyping, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute design and production for digital tactics (web, landing pages, email, social, banners) based on Creative concepts.
• Own and maintain Figma files, libraries, and team workspaces with structure and versioning.
• Translate wireframes and site maps into production-ready designs with UX best practices.
• Develop, document, maintain, and evolve design systems to support scalable production.
