Job summary

HeartCentrix Solutions seeks a UX Design System Designer to join a collaborative UX team focused on building, maintaining, and scaling an enterprise Design System. You will create reusable design patterns and work closely with Product and Engineering to improve user experiences.

You’ll also explore AI-enabled design workflows and contribute to documentation, guidelines, and cross-team standardization across digital products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Strong experience working with Design Systems.
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining component libraries, reusable patterns, and design guidelines.
• Experience working closely with developers throughout the design and implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the UX Design System, including components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Use Figma to create scalable and reusable design solutions.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and UX team members from concept through implementation.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to define user stories and UX deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical and easy to implement.
• Advocate for the user and use UX best practices to influence product decisions.
• Build and maintain design system documentation and usage guidelines.
• Help create consistent experiences across digital products and platforms.
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and other UX research as needed.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and use it to improve designs.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate timelines, risks, and status.
• Look for opportunities to improve and standardize design workflows.
• Explore AI-enabled design workflows, including Figma AI, automation, design-to-code, and prompt-based tools.

We’re looking for a UX Design System Designer to join a collaborative UX team focused on building, maintaining, and scaling an enterprise Design System. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating reusable design patterns, improving user experiences, and working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience
• Strong experience working with Design Systems
• Advanced Figma skills
• Experience creating and maintaining component libraries, reusable patterns, and design guidelines
• Experience working closely with developers throughout the design and implementation process
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and user-centered design principles
• Experience with responsive, adaptive, and accessible design
• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods
• Experience with usability testing and user interviews
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize complex information into clear user flows, wireframes, and design solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience quickly iterating designs based on feedback and user testing
• Native iOS and Android design experience
• A portfolio is required
