Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking an Intake Client Specialist to manage a queue of incoming documents in our CRM, creating and updating client records with precision to support billing and compliance. This fully remote role requires Iowa residency; day-one onsite orientation at the Ankeny office is required.

You will collaborate with Agency Case Managers, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely entry while adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quiet home workspace with wired internet.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming documentation to create or update client records in the CRM.
• Correspond with Agency Case Managers via email, portal messaging, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account issues as needed.
• Coordinate with internal partners including Logistics, Billing, and Compliance.
• Assist other departments with intake-related inquiries.
