Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our insurtech projects. You will coordinate client relationships, lead project planning sessions, and drive cross‑functional teams through the full lifecycle.

You bring 5+ years as a Project Manager, 3+ years in insurance, and proven ability to manage budgets and timelines. This fully remote role in Canada offers a collaborative startup culture and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager.
• 3+ years experience in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge is required.
• Strong client facing experience is essential.
• Experience overseeing full lifecycle projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage client relationships and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff.
• Support solution proposals, POC processes, and contracts with clients.
• Identify growth opportunities for existing clients and manage progress toward deadlines.
• Oversee project documentation and risk management; report status with metrics.
