Responsibilities

• Insurance Verification & Authorizations: manage verification and benefit information for physical therapy services.
• Medical Records & Compliance: process medical records requests per HIPAA standards and maintain secure documentation.
• Administrative Support: assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
