Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
• Empathy, warmth, and active listening in interactions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout customer experiences: Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
• Educate and advocate: Find savings or coverage gaps, translate complex policy details into clear choices.
• Guide and bind: Craft tailored policy packages across our 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage smoothly.
• Navigate friction: Address customer hesitation with empathy for a smooth purchasing experience.
• Elevate the product: Share customer feedback with the product team to refine app and services.
