Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote Insurance Sales Representative role. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and training with company leads.

No prior licensing is required to apply; licensing assistance is provided and you will complete applications with clients via phone or video, then guide them through the process. This is a commission-only independent contractor role.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Licensing preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with company leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
