Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seekingRemote Insurance Sales Representatives to join a fully remote team. This is a commission-only independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and access to company leads.

No initial experience is required, and licensing and training are provided to help you start selling quickly. You will work with individuals and families to discuss insurance coverage, follow up on leads, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and guide clients through applications.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
