Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of work experience in sales or customer service.
• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance license, or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal insurance products to Individuals.
• Inbound and Outbound calling to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external referral sources.
• Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, technology and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
