Job summary

The Burton Region at Aflac is recruiting a Regional Sales Coordinator to grow and maintain client relationships across the greater Glen Allen area. You will present benefits options to employers, educate employees, and deliver enrollment and ongoing support in a commission-based, non-salaried role.

Ideal candidates hold a Life/Health license or are willing to obtain it quickly, possess strong communication skills, and are self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Life/Health insurance license or ability to obtain quickly.
• Proven industry experience in sales or insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Must be 18+ and pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
• Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
• Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
