Burton Region - Aflac is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Coordinator to grow and sustain client relationships, generate new opportunities through referrals and networking, and conduct employer presentations to demonstrate Aflac's benefits. You will educate employees on benefits, support enrollment, and provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service assistance.

Qualifications

• Life/Health license required or able to obtain quickly.
• Proven industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Must be 18+ and pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Open to any background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
• Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
• Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
