Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Previous insurance experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain positive relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients; training will be provided.
• Stay current with industry standards and applicable compliance requirements.
