This remote role offers flexible scheduling and a commission-based compensation structure with bonus potential. You will consult with clients, assess their life, health, and retirement needs, recommend suitable products, and manage leads with ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• No prior insurance experience required — training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend insurance products (Life, Health, Retirement, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain positive relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with potential clients (training provided).
• Stay current on industry standards and compliance requirements.
