Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is hiring Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This fully remote, commission‑only contractor role offers flexible scheduling, training, and access to leads.

No license is required to apply—licensing assistance is provided to help you obtain the necessary insurance credentials. You will work with individuals and families, follow up on leads, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the application process from a home office.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development
